My Mission
At the heart of my 1:1 coaching practice is a commitment to providing a safe, confidential, judgement free space that empowers my clients to move forward in their life goals, not with quick fixes, but by building strength, a healthy mindset, healthy habits and confidence.
I am a dedicated health professional who is passionate about advancing wellness through personalized and compassionate care. I believe that true wellness is achieved not just through a healthy body, but more importantly, a healthy mind. I believe that we can achieve anything that we can imagine.
30+ years in the Health Field
As a Registered Nurse for 30 years with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, I am passionate about wellness and preventative medicine. I have extensive additional education in Holistic Health. I am a Board Certified Holistic Nurse, a Certified Nurse Life Coach and currently working on a Menopause Specialist Coaching Certification.
As a nurse and a coach, I blend science and holistic medicine. With my experience, evidence based practice, systems and strategies, I help my clients discover what is holding them back from reaching their goals. Through a collaborative coaching process, we break through barriers, reframe mindsets, implement new, healthy habits that are integrated into their daily lives for long lasting, sustainable results.
